Secure My TM values customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our services.

1. No Refund After Filing

Once a trademark registration, legal notice, or related filing has been submitted to the authorities, no refund shall be granted as the service is considered consumed and irreversible.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only if a service was paid for but not initiated within 7 working days, and no documentation was submitted by the client.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, send an email to info@securemytm.com with your payment details and reason. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Government fees, trademark class fees, filing charges, and consultancy initiated services are non-refundable once paid or processed.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be handled in accordance with Indian law, under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
