Secure My TM primarily provides professional legal and trademark registration services, which are non-returnable in nature. However, in specific cases where a physical product is involved (e.g., document kit delivery), the following return conditions apply.
All consultancy, filing, documentation, and legal advisory services are non-returnable. These are personalized services initiated based on client requests.
In cases where physical documents or kits are delivered, returns are accepted only if the package is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email info@securemytm.com with order details and supporting photos. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging.
All returns are subject to verification and approval by Secure My TM. Once approved, a replacement or partial credit may be issued.
